How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free across the UAE. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. We email you tracking as soon as your order ships.
What is the necklace made of?
The pendant is 304L stainless steel with a polished gold, silver or black finish, and comes with a coordinating adjustable chain (18 inch plus a 2 inch extender). It is not solid gold or solid silver. To help the finish last, keep it away from perfume, lotion and water, and store it in a dry place.
Can I wear it in the shower or pool?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising to help the finish last longer.
How do you make sure the Arabic engraving is correct?
The engraving is checked against the original text before each order is dispatched. If you ever spot an error, contact us and we will make it right.

What is your return policy?
