These terms apply to your use of www.uzistores.com and any purchase from UziStores. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our jewellery has a gold-tone or silver-tone finish unless stated otherwise, and is not solid gold or solid silver.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order that contains a pricing or stock error.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example because of stock issues or suspected fraud. We will confirm acceptance by email.

4. Delivery, returns and refunds

5. Care of jewellery

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotions, chemicals and water, and store it in a dry place. The finish may wear naturally over time with regular use.

6. Religious and cultural items

Some of our products feature Arabic script and verses from the Quran. We ask customers to treat these items with respect. We take great care over the accuracy of every engraving; if you believe there is an error, please contact us straight away.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, designs, logos and images, belongs to UziStores or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UziStores is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
