We want you to love your UziStores order. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Items we cannot accept back
- Personalised or engraved items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage after delivery, or that are missing original packaging.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How to start a return
Email usmanilyaszahid@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm your request and share the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Original delivery fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different finish? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange where stock allows.
