Free delivery across the UAE

We offer free delivery on all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery within the UAE typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, peak seasons such as Ramadan and Eid, and weather.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If a courier cannot reach you, they may attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange it.
